Well I made Coc au Vin tonight, or actually over the last two days. It was REALLY good but a lot of work and I'll probably never make it again. I've been on a french kick over the last two weeks and all the food has been great but to much work to be worth while. I'm thinking of returning to my fast ahead of time because I find shopping and cooking to much of a wast of time. I don't think I can substain this domestic stuff for more than a few weeks at a shot.
