Tis the Season

Well mom found her present the other night and went running through the house clutching it to her chest yelling," Is it for us?"
I responded in a rather dry voice," Well it WAS supposed to be your present."
" Oh, Can I have it now?"
Grandma is kind of shameless that way...( yes, I call her Grandma...she likes it..makes her happy to remember she is one)

Her present was the first season of "Nip and Tuck" something neither of us had watched before. It's proving to be quite entertaining. And has the added benefit of having replaced "Charmed" in her affection. ( In fact she has put charmed away all together) Which is good cause I don't like it at all and she was watching it OVER AND OVER again. ( yes, she has a nice strong element of obsessive compulsive in her.)

Other than that I've been duking it out with Dell..something that has gotten my blood pressure up indeed. I have been attempting to purchase equipment but my reps have been unavailable.
I understand being in meetings and such, but they haven't called me back or responded to email. Now the thing is that other people at Dell tell me that they can't sell me anything at all because only my reps can. I asked to have my account thrown back into the general pond...and was told in order to have "better" service I had a dedicated team..sure..I've got other reps with other companies..they CALL me back. I've also been in Sales...I had other stuff I had to do too..I called people back...responded to email...Now Dell has great tech support but I'm not sure it's worth attempting to buy stuff from them.If your sales people are not interested in selling then there isn't a point  in it all huh?
